 Majmaa Training college kavanur is an educational institution run by Majmaa Malabar Al-Islami. Ever since its founding on 24-12-1995, the society took special care and interest in the education of the people, especially the backward and minorities. Realizing the need for a good teacher training college, the society decided to start a training college in the locality. This college is established in the year 2005 with the recognition of NCTE and is affiliated to the University of Calicut. The college was inaugurated on 27-06-2005 by venerable sayyid Hyder Ali Shihab Thangal, president Majmaa Malabar Al Islami, in the presents of distinguished guests.
